set monthly fee (no hourly rates).
Compliance StrategiesTM is a modular based system that is
customized for each client depending on the industrial process and size of the
facility. All regulatory programs module includes include the
following elements::

Initial Facility Audit - An initial facility
audit is performed to determine all regulatory requirements and obtain
facility specific information for each regulatory program.

Information Management - Mounce &
Associates utilizes large database systems and secure servers for the
management of all client data. Data is maintained in a cost effective and
highly secure manner.

Permits - Mounce & Associates manages the entire permitting
process from initial data collection, completion of the applications to obtaining the permits (i.e.,
air emissions, Industrial wastewater discharge permits and storm water
discharge).

Process logs - Mounce & Associates provide all
necessary required process logs to guarantee compliance on a ongoing basis. Any calculations
associated with the process logs are performed by Mounce &
Associates (i.e., paint usage logs).

Reports - Mounce & Associates completes all
regulatory reports (i.e., Air Emission Inventory, Tier Two Reports, Form R Reports, RCRA Annual
Summary and industrial Discharge Reports).

Employee Training - Mounce & Associates
performs all necessary employee training onsite using various types of training
methods (video, powerpoint and hands-on).

Document Management System - Mounce & Associates
provides an "easy to find / easy to manage" document management
system.

Compliance Audits - To ensure compliance, regularly schedule facility audits (monthly or quarterly)
are performed by trained personnel. A written report is provided which
outlines action items and areas of concern.

Emergency Response - Mounce &
Associates maintains a 24 hour emergency response
hotline (live operator) for all types and sizes of
emergencies (1-888-mounce911).

EPA/TCEQ/OSHA/DOT Regulatory Audits - Mounce &
Associates personnel will be present during all schedule
regulatory audits. We will do everything we can to
be present during nonscheduled audits (unannounced
visits).

outside contractors:
